Allison is available for nutrition coaching, meal plan/prep development and private cooking lessons. She specializes in sports nutrition especially for runners/endurance athletes.

If interested, Allison can meet with you in person (if you are in the Chicago metro area) or via Skype/Facetime/Google Meet or over the phone. She’ll work with you to develop a nutrition plan that meets your goals and that is tailored to your lifestyle. What does this look like in real life? Here are some popular packages Allison offers:

5k Package:

One 60 minute consultation including assessment of your current diet and recommendations, goal setting and three 15-minute check-ins over 4 weeks/1 month

½ Marathon Package:

One 60 minute consultation including assessment of your current diet and recommendations, goal setting, a personalized meal plan, one 30 minute follow-up session and weekly 15 minute check-ins over 12 weeks/3 months; regular text message or email communication with Allison as needed

Full Marathon Package:

One 60 minute consultation including assessment of your current diet and recommendations, goal setting, a personalized meal plan, two 30 minute follow up sessions and weekly 15 minute check-ins over 6 months; regular text message or email communication with Allison as needed

Virtual Nutrition for Runners Group Program

In running, there's power in the group. Depending on the day, the group can push you to go farther, or faster and almost always work harder. The group can also make the journey easier and so much more fun than doing it alone. For many, it's the same with nutrition. Perhaps you aren't sure about a 1-on-1 format. Or maybe you've been thinking about getting your nutrition under control for a while but have put it on the back burner. That’s why I’m launching my nutrition for runners virtual group program. What’s included? Each week we meet virtually to discuss a different topic in the world of running and nutrition. Things like pre-, post and during workout nutrition, how to fuel rest days, meal/prep and planning, grocery tips, and much more. You’ll have access to me via email, a private Facebook group for accountability, as well as weekly challenges, goal setting and homework assignments. Interested?
