I help endurance athletes optimize their nutrition to achieve peak performance.

Whether you are training for your first 5k or 20th marathon, what you eat can and does impact your performance. Are you not hitting the race times you’d like? Or has your training come to a stand still? Are you bonking in the middle of your long run or workouts? Or struggling with what to eat before/after exercise? Endurance athletes - including runners, cyclists and triathletes - have unique nutritional needs. There is no one size fits all equation for how to fuel successfully. Working with a sports dietitian - who is also an endurance athlete herself - can and will make the difference in achieving a new personal best or having the dreaded DNF (did not finish).

Why Allison? She understands the unique needs of endurance athletes because she is one. From balancing busy schedules to fitting in workouts in the early AM or late PM, she knows what it’s like to just not feel like eating after a tough workout or to struggle with stomach issues in the middle of a long run. She’s been there. She’s done it all right (well, at least once in her opinion) and all wrong and can relate to what you are going through. She’s had the DNF and she’s had many PRs. She’s here to help you achieve your personal best on and off the race course.
